The location was excellent, just a short walk away from the Vatican and other key sights in Rome. The room itself was perfect - well kept and spotless, with a view of the Basilica. The AC worked perfectly and there were extra sheets provided. The bathroom was clean and the shower had great water pressure. Despite being on the 5th floor, there was an elevator available, which was a relief. The woman who welcomed me was incredibly friendly and ensured that my stay was wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Rome.

I recently stayed at Residenza Scipioni, a lovely B&B in Rome. My stay was for 6 days and I couldn't have been happier. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the Vatican and the city center. The room was spacious and had a comfortable bed. It was also impeccably clean, thanks to the discreet room service. The breakfast was delicious and there was a good variety of options. Lastly, the staff, especially Federica, were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at Residenza Scipioni Luxury B&B for my first solo trip and it was amazing. The staff were extremely accommodating and friendly, helping me with all my requests and recommending the best places to visit. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the Metro station and Vatican City. The room was cozy and I could even see St Peter's Basilica from my window. The breakfast was simple but delicious, and the whole place was very clean. I will definitely come back if I return to Rome!

The friendly staff provides excellent service, offering useful information and suggestions for authentic restaurants. Guests can enjoy a tasty cappuccino upon arrival. The breakfast options are varied and delicious, including croissants, pancakes, and savory cold cuts and cheese. Some rooms even offer a view of a nearby church.

The service standards, unfortunately, have not been sustained since the hotel was sold. The desk is only staffed from 8 am to 4 pm, leaving guests without support outside those hours.
